These general terms and conditions of sale constitute a legally binding agreement and apply to all service orders between the Client and SoleliTours, represented by Elisa BOSSY. Booking a session implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing between SoleliTours and the Client.

• Benefit

SoleliTours is committed to providing a personalized guided tour in Toulouse lasting two hours, which may sometimes be longer or shorter. The maximum group size is 6 people.

• Sale

Prices are inclusive of all taxes. Proof of eligibility, such as an identity card or student card, may be required for reduced rates. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Tours are booked through the website via the Wix Payment System and Mollie. Information such as bank details is not stored. The tour price includes only the tour itself; any additional purchases, such as monument entrance tickets, are at the customer's expense.

• Recommendations

It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time, wear comfortable walking clothes and good shoes, and bring water. Clients are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Courteous and respectful behavior is mandatory during the tour. Solelitours reserves the right to end a tour if the guide does not feel respected or safe. No refund will be given in this case. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

• Postponement or cancellation

If the guide is unable to keep the appointment, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund. SoleliTours is committed to informing the client of any unavailability as soon as possible, up to two hours before the appointment. The client may cancel or reschedule a tour up to two hours before the appointment time and is entitled to a full refund.
